Making staff redundant is not the easiest of change processes. Our outplacement support package is aimed at managers up to directors and provides coaching sessions together with CV review and practical skills training sessions to give independent support at a challenging time. You benefit from:

Three packages are available:

Standard package:

7 hours coaching/development sessions including 1:1 CV review, £1000

Presentation skills package:

9 hours coaching/development sessions including 1:1 CV review, plus interview skills and presentation training, £1250

Premium package:

12 hours coaching/development sessions including 1:1 CV review, interview skills and presentation training, confidence building, plus Hogan/MBTI psychometric assessment and feedback, £1500

Purchase ten or more packages and receive 10% discount. All prices on this page exclude VAT.

For individuals

If you are going through redundancy, have just found yourself out of work or are in need of a boost, our coaching and development packages have been designed to give you practical support to help you navigate and own your change in circumstance and on to your next job. You benefit from:

Reaching out

We realise that not everyone is able to pay the above rates and that many have been made redundant without receiving financial compensation. For those less able to pay we offer a pay what you can service. This will give you coaching support leading to a personalised action plan to help you on your journey.
